Warranty

All of our work is covered by an all-inclusive 1-year warranty. We stand by our work and will come out to fix up any problem areas that you may find.
We warranty quality work. That means we require a full power wash, all the necessary prep work, and quality materials in order for us to back up the work.
You can expect your 1-year warranty paint job to last anywhere from 5-7 years.
2 Coats: Some customers would like a paint job that lasts longer than 5-7 years. If that is you, we recommend doing 2 coats to give you extra protection around your home. If you would like an estimate for 2 coats, you can expect that to last 7-10 years for 30% more of the cost.

Certifications

We are licensed, bonded, insured, accredited with the Better Business Bureau, Home Advisor screened and approved and partnered with Lexington Chamber of Commerce. We maintain a $1,000,000 general liability Insurance policy on all people working on your home. With safety in mind, we will do everything we can to avoid any injuries on the jobsite. However, accidents can happen. In the event of anything being broken during the process of the job, or any injuries that may occur, you don’t need to worry about losing any sleep. We previously used Capital City Painting to stain our back deck in 2020 and we were so pleased with how it turned out, we called them back when it was time to paint the interior of our home. We live in a home with builder grade paint that desperately needed updating, and James and his team were phenomenal from start to finish. James came out and walked through the estimate and scheduling the job with me. The day our scheduled job started, his team was prompt and got right to work. Eric, the team leader, was incredibly professional and kept me updated throughout the day. They were incredibly thorough and fixed several large drywall seams. Each day they would walk me through their work to make sure no areas needed to be retouched, and they would thoroughly clean up after themselves. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out!

I’m bordering on compulsive about the prep, especially with outdoor painting of our 90 year old house.
