Warranty

All of our work is covered by an all-inclusive 1-year warranty. We stand by our work and will come out to fix up any problem areas that you may find.
We warranty quality work. That means we require a full power wash, all the necessary prep work, and quality materials in order for us to back up the work.
You can expect your 1-year warranty paint job to last anywhere from 5-7 years.
2 Coats: Some customers would like a paint job that lasts longer than 5-7 years. If that is you, we recommend doing 2 coats to give you extra protection around your home. If you would like an estimate for 2 coats, you can expect that to last 7-10 years for 30% more of the cost.

Certifications

We are licensed, bonded, insured, accredited with the Better Business Bureau, Home Advisor screened and approved and partnered with Lexington Chamber of Commerce. We maintain a $1,000,000 general liability Insurance policy on all people working on your home. With safety in mind, we will do everything we can to avoid any injuries on the jobsite. However, accidents can happen. In the event of anything being broken during the process of the job, or any injuries that may occur, you don’t need to worry about losing any sleep. Exceptional Work! A paint crew from Capital City Painting just left our house after a three day job painting most of the interior of our home, baseboards and doors. All I can say is WOW! The crew, led by Eric, did an amazing job, exceeding all expectations. I noted a couple of small issues on day one and they were quickly and eagerly addressed. Their attention to detail and going the extra mile to make sure the job looks great is first rate. I had new tile laid over ten years ago in a bathroom and the guys that laid the tile never caulked some areas. Eric saw the gap and caulked it while painting the baseboards. Just one small example of the pride they take in doing a great job and ensuring they met our expectations. They also repaired work done by previous contractors that did ceiling work before we bought the house. The work they did was amazing and there’s absolutely no trace of previous work. Their drywall work is impeccable. We will certainly be calling James and Capital City Painting for any other projects and referrals. Their reviews are why I chose them and they are 100% legitimate. James and his team were awesome!! James suggested using a solid stain for my new wooden gate, two new sets of steps and an older surrounding fence.
